Welcome to Volcano Community Association

Our name says it all!  VCA serves the residents of Volcano, Hawaii and nearby communities. We do things like help organize the annual Fourth of July Parade, plan for the long-range future of Volcano, and raise money for worthy local causes (such as Volcano School of the Arts and Sciences, forest restoration, and Friends Feeding Friends). We also partner with Hilo and Volcano businesses to procure discounts for our 300+ members.

VCA Board meetings are usually held every 3rd Tuesday of the month at Kilauea Lodge, Kipuka Room from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Anyone, member or not, is welcome to attend. You may raise issues, announce activities, volunteer your time, or just tune in.

If you have website suggestions or want to post information about Volcano activities, please write to

vcaboardcontact@gmail.com  or use the contact form.
